Matterport PRO3 is a latest generation Laser Scanner, equipped with Technology
LiDAR, which allows you to capture indoor and outdoor environments, with a lifespan of
scanning less than 15 seconds and an automatic alignment logic. Its
result significantly increases the productivity of companies and professionals
because it automatically generates the Digital Twin of the environment (measurable,
shareable and integrable) and allows you to obtain schematic floor plans, Clouds
of Aligned Points, CAD Files and BIM Files.
Analyst, Software powered with Autodesk Technology, is the key to
ensure an integrated and linear flow, because it allows you to import files
Matterport and process them smoothly. In turn, it includes two modules that
speed up data processing activity: Analist Matterport allows you to import
and convert the Matterport schematic plan into a .dwg file, while Analist
Photo allows you to import facade images acquired with Matterport for
correct the perspective and proceed to the vectorization of the elevations in a more
fast. The software also allows you to efficiently import and manage the
point cloud obtained from the Matterport Return Service.

This is because Analist offers functions developed specifically for Matterport Technology so as to import and use the automatically returned Data Files in an intuitive and ultra-productive way.

With Analist 2025, available in Annual License, it is possible to use the files returned by Matterport to trace Profiles and Sections, produce Plants and create Digital Terrain Models. In addition to performing the georeferencing of Point Clouds.

Matterport Analyst

AnalistMatterport allows you to easily import .svg files returned by Matterport and convert them to DWG, also translating the labels into Italian.

The possibility of allocating Matterport solutions to public bodies or public administrations is foreseen
with Perpetual License Analist, on request.

It is the customer's responsibility, when needed, to independently purchase the Matterport Professional Plan (monthly or annual) available at the link .
If they are large companies or public administrations, the customer will have to contact us to configure the Enterprise Plan, which can be purchased upstream on MePA.
The Matterport Plan is required for project processing. If you purchase on a monthly basis, you can suspend it when you don't need it (and, therefore, suspend the payment).
The Customer then has the possibility to request additional components that can be purchased
independently for the single project, such as:
